It’s the people, places, history and craftsmanship behind every surface. From Venetian plaster and hand-painted murals to wood graining, faux marble, restoration and forgotten signs, Ron the Painter follows the story from the first brushstroke to the final reveal.
FOUR GENERATIONS.
ONE BRUSH.
Ronald Layman carries a family painting tradition dating to 1890. More than a century later, that tradition continues through decorative painting, murals, Italian lime plaster, wood graining, gilding, restoration and the stories of the people and places behind the work.
